Maniac Cop – Extended Version has around eight minutes of additional footage and tells the story of an unknown figure dressed in a police uniform in a New York where people are being brutally murdered in a series of terrifying killings. Maniac Cop is an action-packed thriller directed by William Lustig and written by Larry Cohen. Since its release in 1988 it has gained a huge cult following. Maniac Cop stars Sam Raimi favourite Bruce Campbell, star of the Evil Dead trilogy.
